FEE SCHEDULE
The following is our fee schedule to perform Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Architectural Barriers Plan Reviews and Site Inspections for TAS.
(A TAS Plan Review/Inspection Application Form must be completed and submitted at time of review or inspection and is available under the TAS forms link.)

- TDLR Project Filing Fee – $175 (due at time of plan review.)
- Mileage/Travel fees – $0.50 per mile
Applies to projects that are 100 miles or more outside the location of our office (Texas Code Review) in Brookshire, TX. Some projects may also be subject to additional fees for Travel Time. Contact our office for fees. - Other Fees

- Variance Application Fee – $175 each
- Variance Appeal – $200
- Project Information Request – $ 35 each
- Late Project Filing Fee – $300 (note: This fee is applied to projects registered after completion of construction.)
